We're currently seeking a proactive and dependable Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established team based in Redditch. This role would suit someone with experience in manual or production work who enjoys problem-solving and has a keen interest in engineering or mechanics.

The Role:

1. Operating and monitoring production machinery
2. Manual assembly and handling of components
3. Carrying out basic fault-finding and adjustments
4. Performing quality checks on finished products
5. Supporting engineers and team leaders to maintain efficient workflow
6. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Previous experience in manufacturing
2. Confident using hand tools and machinery
3. Mechanically/engineering minded - quick to grasp technical tasks
4. Strong attention to detail and a good attitude towards work
5. Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
6. Reliable, punctual, and a team player
