M ller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britain's private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.

M ller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer aiming to create millions more M ller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like M ller Corner, M llerlight, M ller Bliss, M ller Rice, FRijj and M ller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Manufacturing Manager who is focused on their own leadership development at our Manchester Dairy.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

1. Lead Blow Moulding site Manufacturing strategy in line with delivering Muller.
2. Lead Manufacturing team on delivering a Safe, Hygienic and tidy working environment.
3. Ensure manufacturing operates within full compliance of all business standards.
4. Drive Manufacturing excellence strategy in everything we do.
5. Drive prompt recognition and corrective actions for underperforming areas.
6. Ensure support from Manufacturing for Engineering Excellence and Asset care.
7. Develop high level problem solving capabilities and facilitation throughout the manufacturing structure with employee engagement and skills development.
8. Champion of all business tools supporting the key objectives of areas covering site.
9. Encourage all to seek out improvement opportunities within the workplace, and convert these to own Continuous Improvement actions at all levels.
