Manufacturing Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading Hinckley based manufacturer of technical products into the automotive, aerospace, rail, medical and general engineering industries, for a Manufacturing Manager to lead and develop its production areas.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Managing Director, the role of Manufacturing Manager will be to drive production within its manufacturing cells whilst improving the overall quality and output of the company. Responsibilities include:

• Production Management and Scheduling
• Quality Improvement
• Strategic Modernisation
• Continuous Improvement
• Coaching and Development

THE PERSON

The Manufacturing Manager will ideally have come from an engineering background and have experience of working within a cellular manufacturing environment. Ideally, you will possess good production management skills along with the ability to lead and develop small teams. You will need to be an excellent communicator with a strong drive to progress your career.
