Job description

Regal Staffing Services is now hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Lead in Midlothian, TX (76065).

Pay Rate: $30/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, with some Saturdays (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain plant facilities, buildings, and perform ground maintenance.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical defects in production equipment and facilities.
  • Install, service, and maintain motors, pipelines, valves, and other stationary machinery.
  • Use tools such as welders, plumbing tools, and machinist tools for fabrication and maintenance.
  • Assist in fabricating, assembling, and installing special structures and equipment.
  • Repair and replace pipes, valves, and fittings.
  • Work in confined spaces, indoors, outdoors, and at elevated locations.
  • Operate lift trucks, aerial lifts, and other hoisting equipment safely.
  • Follow all safety principles and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED, plus two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of maintenance tools and procedures.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to compute rates and percentages.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Stable work history.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
