As our clientsManufacturing Engineering Manager, you'll lead a talented team of engineers to design, develop, and optimize their manufacturing systems. You'll be the driving force behind continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our production lines are not only efficient but world-class in quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading and embedding continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing operations.
  2. Developing and managing engineering budgets, ensuring cost-effective decision-making and resource allocation.
  3. Identifying and executing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive quality.
  4. Monitoring performance metrics and leading data-driven improvement projects.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, and Finance to align improvement strategies with business goals.
  6. Coaching and mentoring engineering staff to foster innovation and accountability.
  7. Ensuring that all process changes align with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in leading continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
  3. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost-reduction strategies.
  4. Demonstrated experience managing budgets and capital investment projects.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  6. A hands-on leader with the ability to inspire teams and deliver measurable results.
