An exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the team in Derby as part of our Aerospace Procurement Business at Rolls Royce.
Our Procurement Manufacturing Engineering teams support everything the business does in the global supplier enterprise covering the Civil, Business Aviation and Defence sectors. The Aerospace Procurement organisation is truly global with teams located across the UK and in key overseas regions.
Working as part of a fast paced and challenging business, in this role you will be aligned centrally to the Manufacturing Engineering Industrialisation and Cost team. The procurement Central Manufacturing Engineering function is accountable for the delivery of Manufacturing Engineering activities across a range of suppliers and commodities and driving business critical activities.
Covering all elements of the manufacturing product life cycle, from new product introduction through to mature component cost reduction and improvement programmes, you will have the opportunity to work with and influence world class external suppliers and teams.
