MANUFACTURING DESIGN ENGINEER

Due to a rise in production, we have received some fantastic opportunities. We are currently looking for qualified CNC Turners to join a leading manufacturing organization known worldwide. An opportunity to join an already established manufacturing team and to join an organization that prides itself on a friendly working environment. The CNC Turners roles are commutable from the following locations: Blackburn / Burnley / Preston.

The CNC Turners will be required to work the following shifts:

• The day shift – Monday to Thursday 7:30 am till 4:15 pm – Friday 7:30 am till 12:30 pm.
• Nights: Monday to Thursday 10 pm till 7:30 am.

Benefits the CNC Turners will receive:

• Salary: Day Rate: £15.28 working a 38-hour week. Annual Rate: £30,193.28.
• Nights: £15.28 + £4.53 per hour = £19.81. Annual Rate £39,144.56.
• Pension Contribution matched at 5.5% = 11%.
• 32 days holiday.
• Production Bonus Scheme.

• Overtime – Plenty available.

Key Requirements for the CNC Turners:

• Carry out machining of components.
• Set up tools and load materials onto CNC machines.
• Manually handle weights up to 25 kg.
• Complete quality documents.
• Use inspection equipment to ensure components are manufactured to drawings.
• Contribute to continuous improvements.
• Read engineering drawings.
