Purpose Statement: To contribute to the quality and timely delivery of Plexus products by applying technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
  • Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
  • Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
  • Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
  • Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
  • Assemble/process product in accordance with defined work instructions or detailed mechanical technical drawings.
  • Able to perform assembly/disassembly or modification tasks on mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems - encompassing new build, and repairs products.
  • Support and assist in the training of personnel.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a One (1) year completed of an Associate's degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science.
  • One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
  • Have a good understanding of an assembly discipline such as mechanical, wiring, fitting, printed circuit board assembly.
