The Role

We're looking for a Manual Tester who's eager to dive into the world of digital platforms. You'll work with cross-functional teams, helping to shape features, squash bugs, and make sure everything runs smoothly. No two days will be the same - one minute you're translating requirements into user stories, the next you're knee-deep in testing, making sure the releases are spot-on.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Gathering and documenting requirements for new features (asking lots of questions is encouraged!).
2. Turning those requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
3. Running test cases to check new features and existing ones are behaving themselves.
4. Logging bugs in Jira like a pro and making sure they get squashed.
5. Supporting regression testing because, let's face it, old features sometimes misbehave.
6. Collaborating with developers, product folks, and other brilliant minds.

What You'll Need

1. A curious mind with experience in manual testing and skills leaning towards business analysis.
2. Some familiarity with Jira (or at least an interest in learning).
3. Great communication skills - tech talk or plain English, you're comfortable with both.
4. Sharp attention to detail (you're the person who spots typos from a mile away).
5. A proactive attitude and the ability to pick things up quickly.

Nice-to-Haves (but Not Deal-breakers)

1. Knowledge of e-commerce or retail platforms.
2. Experience with Confluence.
3. Basic understanding of tools like Postman or browser dev tools.
