Location: Birmingham, UK

Hours: 40 hours per week (6am - 1pm)

Salary: £13 - £16.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manual Grinder to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual metal grinding, specifically in precision component grinding, and be able to work efficiently to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform manual grinding operations on various metal materials and precision components.
2. Ensure precision and quality in all grinding tasks.
3. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
4. Maintain and set up grinding machines.
5. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
6. Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in manual metal grinding, with a focus on precision components.
2. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
3. Strong attention to detail and precision.
4. Good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Flexibility to work early morning shifts (6am - 1pm).
