Job Title - Mandarin Speaking Banking Junior Assistant

The Skills You'll Need: Fluent in Mandarin and English. Customer Services experience within the Financial Services.

Location: Glasgow - Office based

Perm

Start: ASAP

Working hours: 35 hours

What You'll be Doing:

  1. Process new account applications, closure of accounts and change of customer information
  2. Handle enquiries from customers
  3. Maintain customer relationships and cross-sell relevant products and services
  4. Assist with the on-going Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review
  5. Deal with cash and non-cash transactions
  6. Produce daily overdraft reports
  7. Ensure that all activities meet the Bank’s internal policies and procedures as well as other regulatory requirements at all times

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  1. Degree educated in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  2. Experience within the Financial Services industry and proven track record in similar business stream
  3. Relevant professional qualification
  4. Good knowledge of Retail Banking procedures
  5. Customer service experience
  6. Good MS Excel skills
  7. Team player
  8. Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
