Job description

Reporting to the Store Manager, Sales Associates will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and be a standout brand ambassador for REPRESENT.

37.5 hours per week. Weekend and evening availability essential

£13.50 per hour+ Monthly Bonus up to 10%

Responsibilities:

  • Have a disciplined approach to thoughtful, personal and effective service.
  • Maintain an expert level of product and brand knowledge.
  • Follow and achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Nurture and develop VIC relationships, and conduct elevated, personal shopping appointments.
  • Support on the delivery and execution of store events, from 1-1 appointments to large-scale community events.
  • Play an active part in elevating both our front and back of house spaces through relentless attention-to-detail, process compliance, and proactively finding opportunities to improve.
  • Use of store systems, including point of sale and stockroom management.
