Job Description

A construction group requires a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This organisation boasts a significant pipeline of high-value projects across Scotland within a variety of sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial.

This contractor delivers projects ranging on average from £50,000 to £40mil from refurb and extensions to new builds and minor works. Their variety of work for both public and private sector clients is well-balanced and widespread; they pride themselves on their collaborative approach, and their success is demonstrated by their record for repeat business and position on key frameworks.

Application Requirements:

1. Significant experience in a contracting QS role is essential
2. Experience working on traditional construction contracts is desired
3. Applicants in a Senior QS role looking to make a step-up to Managing QS will be considered
4. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
5. Strong IT skills
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills
