Managing Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

I am looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor in Leighton Buzzard to work within a team for a Social Housing contractor, on a permanent contract.

The role of the Managing Quantity Surveyor:

• Managing the commercials of the sub regional office
• Supporting with the forecasting and future projections for the sub region
• Managing the CVR process on a monthly basis for all sub regional contracts
• Monitoring the costs and performance of projects
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Providing advice on financial matters to senior management
