Job Description

As Managing Director of AT-PAC UK & Ireland, you are taking the lead to further growth and strategic development of the country organization with full P&L responsibility. You will develop and coach your direct reports, ensuring that they are given the resources and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with AT-PAC.

In your role, you will also assess additional revenue opportunities/market share and drive customer engagement that strengthens the company's position in the market while being committed to further develop a high-performing team and organization.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensure growth and profitability of the whole business operation of AT-PAC UK & Ireland.
2. Be responsible for the balance sheet, budget, and KPI’s in the country and report directly to the Regional Director.
3. Coordinate and support lobbying and professional key account management to expand the company’s project pipeline.
4. Manage and coordinate all activities between the departments and optimize, develop and implement organizational processes and structures from an operative as well as strategic point of view.
5. Initiate the compilation and realization of the sales strategy, pricing, management of claims, inventory management, and health/safety regulations.
6. Act as a role model and be the highest promoter of the AT-PAC strategy, principles of management and code of conduct, and be responsible for compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.

Qualifications

1. Local UK Business knowledge paired with strong Business Acumen – proven track record with a similar business required.
2. Solid experience, network & access as well as in-depth understanding of the local UK/Ireland industry market (ideally scaffolding knowledge).
3. Strong Commercial/Sales background and affinity.
4. Experience with change management.
5. Very high engagement level and “hands-on” approach.
6. International Management experience would be a major benefit.
