The Role:

The Managing Director will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the business. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in food manufacturing, capable of driving growth, ensuring quality and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a strategic MD with 5-10 years of experience in successfully managing a Profit & Loss business within a food manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of leading a business to achieve growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
