PSN have partnered with the leading Corporate Incentives & Experiences company in the F1 space who are looking for a Managing Director to lead and support the company through its next stage of aggressive growth.

The Role:
We are seeking a high-calibre Managing Director to lead the company into its next phase of aggressive growth. This role is equally focused on sales and operations and requires a visionary leader with a strong background in sales, restructuring organisations for investment, streamlining processes, and driving high-value revenue growth.
The MD will be responsible for scaling, setting up efficient systems, digital expansion, and optimising operations, while personally closing high-value sales and bringing in top-tier clients. You will also manage the entire business P&L, oversee event execution, and drive investment opportunities.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who can shake things up, implement structure, and push the business to double its revenue year on year. You will be part of a small, agile team of 8 within a larger group of luxury businesses spanning jets, yachts, real estate, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Investment
- Lead the company’s scaling strategy, ensuring sustainable and aggressive revenue growth.
- Double revenue year on year through targeted sales, partnerships, and operational improvements.
- Create a structured framework for investment, fundraising, and potential M&A.
- Work towards long-term exit strategies and high-value acquisitions.
- Personally close high-value sales while leading the sales team to deliver seven-figure deals.
- Leverage your existing network of corporate and UHNW clients to bring immediate revenue.
- Oversee the F1 sponsorship, hospitality, and corporate incentives sales strategy.
- Develop new revenue streams across digital platforms and strategic partnerships.
Restructuring & Operations
- Overhaul systems, flows, and processes to create an efficient, investment-ready organisation.
- Implement clear KPIs, goal tracking, and accountability measures across all departments.
- Build a scalable operational framework to support international expansion.
- Lead event execution and ensure smooth delivery of high-end F1 hospitality and experiences.
- Drive digital development to expand reach and revenue.
- Oversee the creation of an online platform for hospitality & corporate experience sales.
- Leverage data analytics to refine customer targeting and sales strategies.
- Own the P&L and oversee financial planning, cash flow, and budget management.
- Ensure financial efficiency by optimising cost structures and increasing profitability.
- Work closely with investors and key stakeholders to align financial strategy with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven Managing Director, Commercial Director, or Senior Leadership experience in:
- F1 hospitality, sponsorships, or a top-tier corporate experience agency.
- Luxury events, high-net-worth sales, or large-scale corporate incentives.
- Track record of scaling businesses, restructuring for investment, and delivering high-growth results.
- Strong operational background—must be able to fix inefficiencies and create scalable processes.
- A proven closer—ability to personally win multi-million-pound deals.
- Established network of corporate partners, sponsors, and UHNW clients to bring immediate revenue.
- Hands-on experience in financial management, budgeting, and commercial strategy.
- Experience in building high-performance teams, setting KPIs, and driving accountability.
- F1 experience is a MUST.
- Network of corporate clients is a MUST.
