The Role:

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of the business, leading a team of 10+ property professionals across sales and lettings. You will set and execute the growth strategy, ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth, and market dominance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Developing and driving the agency’s strategic vision, ensuring continued expansion and profitability
2. Leading and inspiring teams across sales and lettings, setting high-performance standards
3. Overseeing business operations, implementing systems and processes to maximise efficiency
4. Driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and ensuring profitability
5. Building strong client relationships, ensuring first-class customer service and a stellar reputation
6. Identifying new opportunities, from market expansion to diversifying revenue streams
7. Ensuring compliance and industry best practices across all areas of the business
