The Role

• Lead and grow the UK business, driving revenue, profitability, and market presence
• Shape and execute strategic plans aligned with global business objectives
• Oversee key client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture across all levels
• Represent the UK market at the executive level, contributing to global strategy
• Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding client work and engagement

The Ideal Candidate

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in B2B communications, marketing, or consultancy
• Proven track record managing large teams and owning P&L responsibility
• Skilled in client relationship management at the C-suite level
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
• Experienced in business planning, forecasting, and leading change
• A confident communicator and team builder, with a global perspective

Title: Managing Director

Salary: £150,000 – £200,000
