Managing Consultant – Retail Store and Head Office roles within Fashion and Retail Recruitment

Basic c. £45k

OTE £85k+

Based London - West End

Hybrid – 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing a team of 3 consultants with the plan to grow and scale this team.
  • Recruiting for store situated staff and a variety of retail-related head office positions, including Buyers, Merchandisers, and Designers.
  • Attending client meetings/networking events; clients in this space have high expectations, so you will need to be credible and charismatic.

The Person:

  • Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader/Managing Consultant who has a track record of success.
  • You must have a genuine passion/knowledge for the Fashion/Retail sector.
  • You will lead from the front and be happy to remain hands-on billing.
  • The ideal candidate must be polished in presentation and have excellent communication skills.
  • You will also need to be commercially astute and have the desire and attitude to be successful.
