Managing Consultant: Asset and Wealth Management

The role:

You will:

• be responsible for innovation and delivery of performance improvement and growth projects across this Private Equity firm’s portfolio companies, typically fintechs in the wealth and asset management industries.
• work closely with technology entrepreneurs, honing your skills in strategic growth initiatives and scaling businesses.
• also support pre-deal due diligence around technology and products, value creation/planning and value creation execution.
• support the development of concepts, transforming them from visions into concrete propositions and the operating model needed to support them from people, process and technology perspectives.
• create SOWs: scope, objectives, project plan, team structure, pricing etc.

You:

must have management consulting experience in Financial Services’ wealth management, asset management, or capital markets, at Manager level.

• will have experience in performance monitoring, process mapping/automation, cost optimisation, project management, business analysis and growth strategy.
• will be experienced in identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies through automation/AI, data analytics and other technologies.
• will have the skills to lead transformation initiatives.
• can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.

Salary and package:

Vacancies exist at Senior Consultant and Manager level with base salaries in the range of £80,000 - c£100,000 plus a generous benefits package.

Location and mobility:

London. Hybrid working with typically 2 days/week in the office.
