Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. The Company’s three core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world; Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services; and its AR glasses, Spectacles.

The Safety Operations Team is composed of the Law Enforcement Operations ("LEO") and Trust & Safety (T&S) teams. Essential to our work is engagement with our global law enforcement community.

This role is on Safety Operations’ Outreach team, which is responsible for educating law enforcement agencies globally on Snap’s safety tools and resources. Working from our London office, this role will focus on law enforcement relationships in the United Kingdom and Europe, acting as an external representative of Snap Inc., tracking the program’s goals and initiatives and collaborating with colleagues to develop and strengthen Snap’s relationships with law enforcement agencies. The Safety Operations Outreach Manager will collaborate across Safety Operations as well as with our Policy, Legal, Product, and Communications teams to help keep Snapchatters safe on our platform, improve awareness of our Safety tools and resources and assist law enforcement. This role is an individual contributor role.

  6. Grow a deep understanding of relevant Snap policies and procedures and how our Safety Operations work, allowing you to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.
  7. Collaborate and build strong relationships within Safety Operations and with our cross functional partners including the Legal, Policy, Product Engineering, and Communications teams.
  8. Assist in on-call escalations for law enforcement emergency requests, this includes weekends as well as early morning or evening escalations.
