We have a vacancy for a Professional Practice & Private Client tax manager to work in our Kent office tax team. This is a full-time permanent role with flexible working and progression opportunities.
You will work closely with the tax partners and other managers and will manage the delivery of private client tax work to our Kent client base which will include advising sole traders, the directors of owner-managed businesses and family businesses, high net worth individual and trusts.
You will be involved in a variety of private client self-assessment compliance work, tax advisory work and project-based planning and structuring work. You will also be involved in business development initiatives and working with the team to generate new work.
You should be qualified ACA/CTA (or equivalent) with relevant, practical, private client compliance and advisory experience. Trust taxation experience is also preferred, although not essential. You will be expected to use your own initiative and work as part of a team, liaising with other tax specialists and other departments such as audit and our business solutions team.
