Location - Lytham
Salary - £45,000 - £55,000

As a Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a small team of staff and their workflow
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Completing a small amount of audit work in accordance with planning documentation
• Reviewing & Preparing annual accounts
• Client-facing and onboarding
• Training staff

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• 4+ years of experience within a UK Practice Accountancy is essential
• Ideally, you need to hold an ACCA or ACA qualification or similar.
• Have the skillset and experience to manage and develop a team
• Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members.
• A client-focused mindset and a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
