Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor cases assigned to the agency for Support Coordination.
• Ensure timely submission of new plans and regular reviews of existing plans.
• Maintain organizational compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Develop and manage processes for monitoring and measuring performance improvement.
• Lead quality enhancement initiatives, including treatment team meetings and in-service education.
• Participate in an on-call schedule and offer direction in daily operations.

Required Skills:

• LCSW certification.
• Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
• Expertise in client relations and fostering positive interactions with stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating flexibility and collaboration within a team.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is essential.
