This role is pivotal in advancing the network’s strategic capabilities and quality of service line delivery, with a focus on embedding sustainability into the core of policies, training, and tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Development of the sustainability methodology for both limited and reasonable assurance
  • Development of resources to assist with the effective and efficient delivery of sustainability assurance engagements; such as playbooks on CSRD, GHG and ISSB
  • Develop sustainability learning resources; learning programs, QRG’s, and practice aids

Person Specification

  • Candidates must hold a professional designation (CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with direct experience in assurance services.
  • Experienced manager or newly appointed senior manager in assurance
  • Experience in sustainability engagement or supporting sustainability engagements in a national office type role
  • Self-starter with the ability and confidence to execute their own projects and workload
  • Strong business writing and communication skills
  • Ability to be agile and respond in a proactive manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, including the ability to collaborate with other functional groups
  • Good organization and time management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones
  • Previous experience of working within a global professional services environment and with international stakeholders
  • Experience with providing services related to sustainability information
  • Previous experience in the development or delivery of learning
