Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Mathematics, you will be the manager of the UK mathematics team. Mentoring UK iGaming mathematicians and working with the Project Management, Game Production, Compliance, and Software development teams to ensure a smooth concept to release timeline.
A remote role with some office travel, you will be primarily focused on the UK and EU markets. You will also regularly work with the US iGaming team based in Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
Mentor your team in their day-to-day work and lead by example through giving advice, developing game design techniques, and encouraging innovation.
Collaborate with the compliance team and the RTP monitoring team to ensure the best processes are in place to oversee compliance of our games.
Consult with other Creative Studios teams regarding BI, game design, QA, project planning, and game development.
Work with game designers and mathematicians to develop proof of concept and feasible math models.
Work with game engineers to ensure the correct implementation of math models.
Deliver high-quality work as scheduled in accordance with the game design and product requirements.
Maintain an understanding of competitive products and technology.
Develop and prove math models for games that demonstrate game probabilities and return to player via theoretical calculation and/or Monte Carlo simulation.
Engage in continuous retroactive analysis of games.

Qualifications
5+ years' experience in the iGaming space is desirable, but a shorter timeframe will be considered given relevant experience elsewhere.
Experience with programming simulations, engines, or similar in C++, C#, Python, or other languages required.
Good written and verbal communication skills and a high level of interpersonal skills.
Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a customer-oriented, very fast-paced, demanding, and deadline-driven environment.
Education
Educated to Bachelor's degree level in a STEM subject, or relevant industry experience required.
Physical Requirements
This position is a remote work position with occasional travel to the office.
