A&M is a fast-paced environment with a highly dynamic culture that emphasizes diversity and inclusion. We empower, coach and mentor our people and endorse meritocracy to develop skilled consultants who will grow with A&M to deliver tangible results and build long-lasting relationships, internally and externally. Our entrepreneurial culture celebrates independent thinkers and doers who positively impact our clients and shape our industry.

The Team
Our highly respected Infrastructure & Capital Projects (A&M INFRA) team is built on deep industry sector expertise with a demonstrably differentiated ability to address the most complex problems facing our public and private sector clients. Our multi-disciplinary team solves high-stakes issues for our clients across the capital project and infrastructure deal lifecycles. We are focused on improving outcomes on capital projects, mitigating risks and protecting value by reducing the level of uncertainty associated with the development, delivery and operation of programmes and projects.
The Role
A&M INFRA is further expanding in Europe and broadening our service offerings, and we are looking to recruit a Manager to join our fast-growing London-based practice, with a focus on Economics. Working alongside some of the industry's brightest minds and most experienced colleagues, you will have an active role in the development and execution of client assignments. You can expect plenty of opportunity for growth that includes responsibilities for delivering on our client assignments and championing our value propositions to clients involved in complex infrastructure and capital projects. Such assignments range from helping clients make informed investment decisions, develop strategies and respond to economic policies and regulations, through to the successful delivery of projects, transformations and turnarounds. You will support business development activities, write reports, inform strategies, manage project workstreams and help expand client relationships, as well as work to support earlier-in-career team members. Alongside senior leadership, you will recognize new opportunities and suggest ways to participate in the sales cycle whilst also able to effectively manage core components of projects.
