You will work with outstanding digital talent across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions for iconic brands.

With experience in small to large digital transformations, firm knowledge of agile and programming methodologies and basic architectural principles, you’ll be an integral part in delivering fundamental change for our clients.

• Lead a full stack development team to deliver against programme priorities.
• Able to understand complex solutions in order to help direct the team.
• Metrics-driven agile expert with a solid understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Able to effectively manage the team’s backlog and workload.
• Understand where delivery fits in the SFDC and how to deliver value to the end.

• Proven experience of working in software delivery programmes, leading full-stack delivery teams.
• Strong experience of the end to end cycle of software delivery, from service design to live platform operations.
• Experience of delivering microservice-based architectures.
• Experience of software testing, with an understanding of how this fits within the SDLC.
• Good management and communication skills, used to unblock any obstacle from the team.
• Good knowledge of the agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, underpinned by a grasp of agile delivery metrics.
• Capable of planning a delivery team’s activities and output, working with Product Owners and Technical Leads.
• Adaptive and reactive and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• A passionate and inspiring leader who can run teams of 8 or more often across multiple geographies, whilst championing an inclusive culture.
• Organised and passionate about building and delivering customer-centric propositions.
• Enthusiastic about building your colleagues' skills and capabilities.
• Willing and eligible to apply and obtain UK security clearance to Security Check (SC) level, if not holding an existing clearance.
