Job Description

What will you be doing?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Business Outsourcing Services team in Birmingham.

As Manager - Business Outsourcing Services, your responsibilities will include:

1. Manage own portfolio of clients
2. Manage staff working on own portfolio
3. Line manager and training responsibilities for junior staff
4. Teamwork with other departments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

1. ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification with a strong academic history
2. Prior experience of computerised accounting packages
3. Excellent client service and communication skills
4. Results orientated to meet and exceed client expectations, with a key focus on delivering high quality work that consistently meets internal and/or external client deadlines
5. Understanding of new standards
6. Ability to motivate and train junior staff
