Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supervising Promotional Events: Ensure smooth event operations, uphold professional conduct, and meet client standards.
  2. Presentations and Demonstrations: Confidently and enthusiastically present and demonstrate the client's products and services, aiming to boost market share and brand awareness.
  3. Building Business Relationships: Increase client revenue by nurturing long-lasting relationships with quality customers.
  4. Continuous Learning: Participate in coaching sessions, and seminars on product development, and stay updated on portfolio changes.
  5. Training and Supervision: Assist in training new team members, supervise their progress and ensure efficient sales administration.
  6. Business Understanding: Gain insight into various business elements through group meetings and one-on-one coaching.
  7. Meeting Targets: Strive to achieve both performance and training targets, as our main focus is personal growth and team development.
