Quality Management Systems Auditor (Construction Manufacturing) - Home-based in West Midlands, UK

A new vacancy for a Quality Management Systems Auditor (CONSTRUCTION MANUFACTURING) with a leading provider of test, assessment & approval services for the Construction industry. Home-based in the West Midlands area, the Quality Management Systems Auditor will conduct regular site assessments of Construction Product Manufacturing sites in the Midlands and West of England, with a particular focus on Management Systems against one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001. Full induction training will be provided in the company's auditing procedures, with additional training available as required (including 6-12 month development plans and mentoring).

About You:

The company is looking for a Quality Management Systems Auditor excited about excellence and playing a critical part in the business' focus on serving its customers better. You must be comfortable working in a structured environment, with the ability to adapt when necessary. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team, and be confident to suggest improvements to work more efficiently when required.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Complete concise technical reports.
2. Assess and review the effectiveness of:
1. Quality Management Systems against ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards
2. Manufacture and production of approved products
3. Existing site installations or installations in progress to assess durability
4. Factory Production Control or EN 1090 structural steel production (training can be provided)
3. Experience in third-party auditing (not essential)

3. Auditing and Installation techniques with an IRCA recognised ISO qualification (to 9001, 14001 or 45001 standards)
4. Knowledge of Construction Product Manufacturing processes and/or Construction industry.
