Job description

Kinetic are recruiting for a Management Systems Administrator for our client based in Mold.

Main Function of Job: To ensure full administration support for the Management Systems Co-Ordinator.

Main Duties (in order of priority):

  1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties for management systems.
  2. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the business.
  3. Maintain accurate records and files for quality management system.
  4. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for operations and submission of relevant data to administrators.
  5. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using office and excel and other relevant software.
  6. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, providing assistance as needed while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  7. Assist in audits as and when required.

Qualifications required:
Degree or higher education in quality or compliance preferred.

Experience required:
  1. Proven experience in a quality compliance role or similar capacity is preferred.
  2. Familiarity with ISO systems is an advantage but full training will be given.

Particular skills/attributes required:
  1. Fully competent with Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  3. Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

12.71 + per hour - Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
