The Role:
The Management Information Analyst plays a critical role within our contact centre department, leveraging extensive data from multiple high-volume sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and surveys. Using advanced data analysis skills, this role will extract actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for the contact centre.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can work independently and has a deep expertise in SQL and Snowflake. Your ability to build, maintain, and enhance a comprehensive data architecture within Snowflake is crucial. You will also need to create detailed reports, dynamic dashboards, and visualisations that effectively communicate data on KPIs and metrics for various functions, including Revenue Delivery, Revenue Retention, Operational Performance, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Platforms & Systems, Workforce Management, and Finance.
While independence is key, collaboration is equally important. You will work closely with various teams to ensure data-driven insights are effectively integrated into our strategic decisions.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK09 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to three days from home.
