Job Description:

Partner based on your own achievements, not age, tenure or politics. Autonomy & support to build out your own business.

A leading multinational management consultancy is investing heavily in growth and maturation of the 400+ UK office. The transition from trusted delivery partner to go-to industry advisor is underway, with successes in Life Sciences, Policing, and Energy.

The Energy team is seeking an aspiring Partner, Head of Oil (Associate Partner or Senior Director) to take over existing revenue and develop new relationships, aligned to the new strategy. This means deepening sector expertise and elevating client conversations to tackle more strategic business & industry problems.

Group wide, they have over 5000 creative thinkers & innovators delivering strategy, business architecture, and digital transformation, including a full-service technology team to draw on (from ITIL service management to GenAI).

The level of ownership on offer makes this a particularly interesting opportunity. The CEO has created an environment to nurture & reward entrepreneurs, with clear targets for promotion and start-up inspired profit share for Partners. Senior Partners are invited to become shareholders.

  • Define client-driven sector-specific services and offerings based on your knowledge of key drivers across the value chain of the oil industry.
  • Build out your team, leveraging the consultancy’s 30+ years of project & programme delivery credibility (incl TOM, Tech, Data & AI).

To evolve an existing £5m practice into a sector-defining Oil Strategy, Consulting & Tech consultancy won't suit everyone's ambitions. You will have your motivated, switched-on team in the UK, and European & US Energy colleagues to draw on, and of course, confidence in your own network of relevant business relationships is essential.

Kindly submit your CV with clearly outlined business development/sales and account growth experience. Please note, this is not a ‘big brand’ UK consultancy. Strategic, consultative sales and developing brand awareness for this long-standing but little-known UK consultancy will be a key component of the role. The rewards, we think, are clear.

Please note - sponsorship is not available for this role.
