P3M Consultant (Project, Programme and Portfolio Management)

• Salary up to £45,000
• MUST be eligible for SC Clearance

The Role:

Join a scale-up digital transformation consultancy operating in the Defence industry.

This will be a mixture of remote working, office working and expensed visits to client sites in South England. On average you will be in their Bristol office or on client site 1-2 days a week.

They are currently seeking a P3M Consultant to join their fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to develop and implement tailored strategies to improve their business performance.
• Support the delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring they meet client expectations in scope, time, and quality.
• Support clients with strategy development, business transformation, and process improvement.
• Manage organisational change and guide clients through the adoption of new technologies or processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, helping to grow the business through new opportunities and future engagements.

Experience:

• Experience in consulting or a similar advisory role.
• Relevant project management certifications (Prince2, APM etc)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering high-quality client-focused solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies.
• Eligible for SC Security Clearance
