Spotlight Group is seeking a talented Property Management Accountant to provide administrative and accounting support as well as assist with day-to-day tasks and projects, invoice workflows & month-end / year-end accounting procedures, annual property budgets and property outgoings procedures.

What You'll Do :

  • Oversee the monthly P&L for Australian and NZ properties
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insightful commentary
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly BAS / GST
  • Conduct monthly general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assist with year-end tenant outgoings and outgoings audits
  • Support commercial tendering processes with data and insights
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive change
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and a commitment to SPG's values

What You'll Bring :
