Job Description

• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Managing and mentoring a small team of accountants
• Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Analysing financial data and making recommendations to management
• Participating in financial audits and liaising with external auditors
• Implementing effective financial controls and procedures
• Contributing to financial strategy and decision-making processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful ACCA/CIMA/ACA Finalist Management Accountant should have:

• ACCA, CIMA, or ACA Finalist status (Must only have 1 paper remaining)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software - Strong Excel Skills (VLookups, Pivot Tables, Etc)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure
