We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Management Accountant to join our central finance team in Bristol on a 12 month fixed term contract. We are looking for a chartered management accountant with sound skills and experience in technical financial accounting, and strong experience in preparing statutory accounts reports for tax purposes. This contract will involve a blend of day to day management accounting, along with a variety of specific project work around consolidation & audit activities.
You will be responsible for providing full end to end ownership of the production, delivery, and analysis of financial information. Reporting to the Financial controller, you will be expected to maintain a culture of financial control ensuring the utmost accuracy of reported information.
You will play a key role in accounting, balance sheet and control activities, supporting the team in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of underlying data and liaising with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure continued process excellence.
