Management Accountant - Education Sector

Location: London (Hybrid - Online & On-site)

A leading education institution is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team on a temporary contract. The role requires education sector experience and a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading on cost management, cash flow, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Producing management accounts, dashboards, and financial reports
• Driving process improvements and enhancing financial systems
• Supporting financial planning and business partnering across the organisation
• Ensuring financial compliance and providing insights to aid decision-making

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the education sector is essential
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with solid management accounting experience
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills (Oracle Financials preferred)
• Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights to stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Available to start immediately
