Job Title: Male Intensive Support Worker (Driver Required for days)
Location: Liscard, Wirral
Pay: £12.26 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent - days/waking nights available

Important:

• Male applicants only due to genuine occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9)

• Driver essential with own vehicle (unless working waking nights)

• Experience with challenging behaviours required

Role Overview:

Join Aspirations Care to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. This is an intensive service, so resilience and strong communication are key.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support individuals to develop life skills

• Encourage engagement in daily and social activities

• Assist with meals, cleaning, and appointments

• Record and report on care plans and risks

• Promote independence and positive outcomes

Requirements:

• Previous experience with challenging behaviour

• Strong verbal, reading, and writing skills

• Willingness to support individuals in the community

• Commitment to safeguarding
