Main Duties of the Job

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with moderate learning disabilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. What You Will Be Doing:

You will work on shifts, 7.5 hours a day, between the hours 7am - 2.30pm and 2pm- 10pm, including weekends on a rota basis.

Where You Will Be Working:

Location: 78 Park Road, Hampton Hill, Hampton, Middlesex, TW12 1HR. You will be working at 78 Park Road, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway.
