They are looking for someone to deliver this project across multiple estates within the borough. You will be responsible for:

• Delivering and overseeing the replacement works of car parks, pavements, roof replacements, and refurbishment works of residential properties.
• Providing high-quality architectural, engineering, and surveying advice to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Managing the project to ensure it is delivered within budget, time frame, and high quality of service to the client's requirements.
• The ability to break down Bills of Quantities, demonstrating associated procurement and challenging contractors where necessary.
