The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Major & Complex Loss Adjuster to join a leading firm in London. This is an exciting opportunity to handle high-value, technically challenging claims across property and commercial lines. You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, delivering exceptional service to clients while managing complex cases from cradle to grave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle major and complex property losses, often exceeding £100k.
• Lead site investigations, liaising with policyholders, brokers, and third-party experts.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to insurers and clients.
• Negotiate settlements, ensuring fair outcomes in line with policy cover.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business growth.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and industry standards.
• Proven experience handling major and complex loss claims.
• ACII/CILA qualified (or working towards).
• Strong technical knowledge across property and commercial claims.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while delivering top-tier customer service.
