You'll also deliver the maintenance plan and support the plant online factor.

We believe in embracing the passion and potential of our people, and to achieve this we offer market-leading training and development experiences. Along with the opportunity to be mentored and coached by some of the smartest minds in the industry.

What you'll do:
  1. Work safely at all times, ensuring that safety comes before production and challenging any safety issues.
  2. Process corrective work orders, ensuring all information regarding the activity/task is received and understood before commencing work.
  3. Plan Maintenance, ensuring a risk assessment/JSA is available for every maintenance activity to highlight risks and measures to minimize them.
  4. Execute maintenance and repair modifications, ensuring permits are raised for all activities, working instructions are followed, and calibration reports are produced.
  5. Update drawings if they are found to be incorrect or if modifications are made to the plant; the drawings should be updated and sent away for approval.
  6. Respond to breakdowns by being prepared to handle all kinds of maintenance situations at any time.
What do you need to thrive in this role?
  1. Recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent and HNC/NVQ (Level 3) and/or City and Guilds qualification.
  2. Previous experience working with industrial cooling systems and refrigeration systems.
  3. In-depth knowledge of all maintenance activities carried out on site.
  4. Familiarity with technical documentation requirements in a highly regulated environment.
  5. Ability to analyse technical data to aid fault finding.
  6. Ability to follow and update maintenance working instructions, permits, and procedures to ensure all standards are met.
  7. The capability of understanding electrical drawings, instrumentation drawings, mechanical drawings, and Process Flow Diagrams.
  8. Fault finding on technical systems down to component level.
