Post Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Inverness
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £27,554 - £30,175 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To be part of a Trades Team working together to deliver an efficient and responsive service. The post holder will undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks including repairs, refurbishments and upgrades to residential housing in the Inverness area, on an all-trades basis (excluding electrical).

Requirements
  • A full and valid UK driving license is essential to travel efficiently between various work locations in the area to meet the operational needs of the service.
  • Demonstrable experience of the ability to carry out minor repairs in joiner, mason, painter and plumber trades.
