Maintenance Technician - EC&I
Indaver leads the field in sustainable waste management in Europe. We deliver high-quality, cost-effective services in the municipal, industrial and specialist hazardous waste markets. We currently offer Total Waste Management and Waste-to-Energy solutions in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Portugal, the UK and Ireland.
Currently, in Essex, Indaver is constructing the Rivenhall Facility, which will process circa 595,000t of residual waste per annum and produce electricity to power in the region of 60,000 homes. Indaver is now hiring 65 specialist personnel to maintain and operate this large scale process plant.
The Maintenance Technician (E&I) will be responsible for the execution of all front line electrical, control system and instrumentation maintenance activities across all of the process, building and site systems that comprise the Rivenhall facility, in accordance with the operational requirements of the facility in order to drive compliance and ensure high levels of operational availability of the facility.
The Maintenance Technician will also be required to support the development of less experienced maintenance technicians and apprentices within the maintenance team, operating in a 24 hour/365 days per year facility.
