Maintenance Technician (CCTV, PA, Access Control) West Wales

Our client is seeking a skilled Telecoms Maintenance Technician (CCTV, PA, Access Control) to join a team of engineers running a long-term railway station maintenance contract covering the West Wales area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on various communication systems
2. Handle call-outs and be available for on-call duties
3. Fault-finding
4. Maintain and install analogue and digital communications systems, including CCTV, CAT5/CAT6 display screens, public address systems and copper networks

Job Requirements:

1. Ideally based in the West Wales
2. Background in CCTV, Fire & Security, SISS, VSS, display screens (analogue and digital), data networks, fibre, copper, CATV/CAT6
3. Experience in maintenance or installation of communications systems and infrastructure
4. Full UK driving licence
5. Previous railway experience is an advantage but not essential
6. Willingness to undergo a Railway Medical and Drug & Alcohol test, as well as a DBS check
