We're on the hunt for a proactive and dedicated Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join a vibrant residential community. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the site remains a safe, welcoming, and well-presented environment for all residents.

What will you be doing?
  • Carrying out essential maintenance tasks, including painting, decorating, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs.

  • Ensuring communal areas and amenities are always presented to the highest standard.

  • Monitoring site utilities, conducting meter readings, and maintaining stock levels for key maintenance supplies.

  • Conducting health and safety checks, including fire alarm and emergency lighting testing.

  • Overseeing and assisting contractors on-site to ensure compliance with site rules.

  • Responding swiftly to resident requests, ensuring any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

  • Taking an active role in apartment turnovers, ensuring a seamless experience for incoming and outgoing residents.

Who are we looking for?

Experienced in maintenance and facilities management (or a similar hands-on role).
