Mission:

The aim of this position is to be responsible for the maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment across the Redditch facility on a 3 shift rotation - days, afternoons and nights.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the standards of the Maintenance Department are sustained
2. Ensure that all TPM's and PM's are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
3. All plant and associated equipment are kept clean, tidy and in a serviceable state
4. All daily service checks are completed as per schedule i.e. compressor and chiller checks
5. Update the maintenance database with all work carried out
6. Completion of Company documentation in its entirety and in a timely manner
7. To be available for overtime as and when required
8. Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are met and adhered to
9. Comply with the Spares tracking process
10. Continuous Improvement projects
11. Stand in for other members of the team where required
12. Remain flexible to changing operational requirements

For our Maintenance Technician, we are looking for:

1. Experience with Robots
2. Experience of working in a fast-moving environment
3. Strong Electrical and Mechanical (hydraulics) knowledge
4. Resourceful and self-motivated
5. Able to manage multiple deliverables within a high pressure environment
6. A challenging and enquiring mindset
7. Enjoy building relationships
